By entering Budapest Restaurant, attending an event, or participating in any class or function hosted by Budapest Restaurant or Annamaria’s Kitchen, guests acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Such photographs and video recordings may be used by Budapest Restaurant and Annamaria’s Kitchen for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including but not limited to:

Budapest Restaurant and Annamaria’s Kitchen make reasonable efforts to ensure that all images and recordings are used respectfully and professionally. No personal identifying information will be published without prior consent, unless voluntarily provided by the individual.

 

Guests who prefer not to be photographed or recorded are encouraged to notify a member of our staff upon arrival or prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, we cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear incidentally in group or background images.
